Detailed feedback and rigorous oversight
Tutors will send us detailed Progress Reports at the end of every month and summary reports after each class. Cyrus Afkhami, Founder of My Tutor Club, reads every report of every student before it gets sent out to parents. So this is another layer of monitoring and checking to ensure that each student's tutoring programme is going well and fulfilling its objectives, and if it is not, what needs to changed.
